By using the MyCino website, purchasing a membership or ordering MyCino or filling out our online surveys you permit MyCino! Pty Ltd or one of its partners or agents to contact you,  by phone or via email, about our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website, or as a customer, or as a membership holder of MyCino, as the case may be.

MyCino Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership holders and customers, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with MyCino Pty Ltd from the time of the update.

Pricing

All prices displayed on MyCino website are in Australian Dollars there is no GST on our coffee capsules. There is GST included in all espresso machine products.

Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

All enquiries in regard to returns, exchanges, and refunds, need to be lodged via email to info@MyCino.com.au.

MyCino customer service will reply with the instructions on how to return via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, please call on 1300 MYCINO or 1300 692 466.

Please choose carefully as MyCino does not give refunds every time. If you make a mistake when placing your order please contact us immediately so it can be rectified. All coffee capsules are guaranteed for flavour. If you don’t like your coffee flavours, we will refund your money less the capsule bags you have opened on these conditions

    You contact MyCino within 30 days of your first payment date

    All payments have been up to date

    No more than 1 capsule bag of each flavour has been opened

Please note: If you have received a FREE Espresso Machine, this must also be returned with the Coffee Capsules.

All orders that need to be exchanged or returned need to be sent to the MyCino warehouse at your own expense (MyCino have discounted postal rates available) before any refunds or exchanges will occur. Each opened bag of espresso capsules will incur a $9.80 cost. If you change your mind and MyCino has already sent your items, you will be charged a 10% late cancellation fee due to transport and administration costs incurred by MyCino.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Return the espresso machine (and milk frother if applicable).  These items must be returned in a clean, near new condition, and packaged suitably to ensure the item is received by our warehouse as such. (a charge may be applied if the coffee machine is damaged or returned in an unsatisfactory state).

Warranty

If you have a fault with your MyCino Espresso machine, please fill out the Warranty Claim form with MyCino Click Here.

For all warranty enquiries or to register your product's warranty please contact MyCino customer support.

Please note: You will be unable to claim on a warranty if your payments with MyCino or our third party payment facilities are in arrears. If you wish to make a warranty claim please ensure your payment schedule is up to date by calling MyCino customer service to update your payment arrangement on 1300 692 466.

All Mycino machines come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. We also provide a life time guarantee on your Mycino machine. The only condition is you continue to purchase Mycino capsules. Minimum order of 6 boxes of Mycino capsules per 12 month period is required to keep your life time guarantee. 

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order of MyCino, you can cancel at any time prior to your first payment.  Call our Solutions Manager on 1300 692 466.  Once your first payment is successful, the dispatch process is activated, so a late cancellation fee of 10% may be applied to cover administration and freight costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Your products will be sent to the address given by you in the ordering stage. Please advise us directly on 1300 692 466 if there has been a change of address or if you wish for it to be sent to a different location, prior to your first payment date. We ensure our products are packaged so as to prevent any damage occurring and therefore we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to most urban areas takes 7-10 business days after you first payment comes out. 

Free Espresso Machine Promotion

This offer is only available whilst stocks last and its delivery is at the sole discretion of MyCino. This free espresso machine offer promotion is also not available with any other offer. To receive a free espresso machine you must commit to the purchase of a minimum 700 capsule bulk order.

Payments

MyCino allows you to either pay your order off as one payment in full or you can choose one of our easy payment instalment options, using our third party payment providers. This payment plan can either be 14 weekly or 14 fortnightly payments. MyCino uses third party payment gateway, Eway for all direct debit and credit card transactions.

Normally we try to take all payments out at 6 am EST time so please make sure your money is available and clear. If you don't have enough clear funds in your designated account at the time of processing you will be charged a dishonour fee from Pay Advantage (current rate is $8.80).

Contact MyCino directly 1300MYCINO (1300 692 466) the business day prior to your payment in order to make any changes.  Your rights include full access to the personal information held concerning yourself.
